Karen Mosoti is Head of the Liaison Office of the International Criminal Court to the United Nations, New York. Prior to this, she was a career diplomat, serving her country Kenya in various capacities, including as Senior State Counsel and Legal Adviser to the Permanent Mission of Kenya to the United Nations, and adviser on human rights, international humanitarian law and international criminal justice. Ms Mosoti holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, a Master of Laws in Human Rights Law from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi.
